She brings 5 years of experience designing physical environments in architecture, where she translated complex requirements into functional, human-centred spaces. Now, she applies the same systems thinking and delivery mindset to digital products, crafting intuitive workflows for emerging technologies.
Willa is currently learning how to design and build AI products & services with MIT Professional Education.

She’s passionate about helping people adapt to emerging AI tools through the design of Choosing AI.
That same year, she earned the Google UX Design Professional Certificate.
Since 2024
She co-founded Ouse Studio to invent with cutting edge AI technologies to make a real difference in London.
In April 2025
She is part of a team of five developing a business plan for a mental health simulation plug-in that helps architects design mind-friendly buildings from the early design stage.

Willa is a UK qualified Architect.
She has 5 years of hands-on experience in work environment, where she collaborated closely with project managers, clients, stakeholders, engineers, and cross-disciplinary specialists to deliver complex, human-centred designs.
She focused on improving social value through creation of space. With AtkinsRéalis, she rethinks everyday commuting journeys such as London’s DLR stations. With PLP Architecture, she shaped user experiences for China’s first AI scientist lab in Shanghai. With CCDI Group, she contributed to the winning of World Architectural Festival award.
